What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is a fermented tea that’s naturally effervescent with Living Probiotics, Amino Acids, Polyphenols, and Active Enzymes.

A Scoby (otherwise known as a Mother, or Mushroom) is a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast that is used to brew kombucha.

Gross, yes. But it makes something delightful.

Those who are truly obsessed with Kombucha might like to try making it on there own. Warning, you will have to touch this jiggly, weird thing.

Better idea: come get a growler of your fav flav at La Tropicana. We promise you won’t have to touch a mother. You know what I mean!
